What counts as a successful request?+
A request that returns the page content you asked for. Blocked pages, anti-bot challenges, network failures and server errors are never billed: if you didn't get usable data, it's free.
Are there credit multipliers for JavaScript or protected sites?+
No, and that's the point. Most scraping APIs charge 5-75x credits once JS rendering or anti-bot bypass kicks in, so bills are impossible to predict. Relay is one flat rate per successful request, on every site.
What happens when I hit my plan's limits?+
Requests beyond your allowance get a clean 429 with a Retry-After header, never a surprise bill. Upgrade anytime; new limits apply instantly.
Do I need my own proxies or headless browsers?+
